The Organizing Committee is happy to invite all social insect researchers to
participate in the

1st Central European Meeting of the International Union for the Study of Social Insects (IUSSI)
which will be held at the Abbey Frauenwörth on the Fraueninsel at the Lake Chiemsee, Bavaria, Germany, from the 9th to 12th of October, 2009.The 3rd Central European Workshop in Myrmecology (CEWiM) will be held at the same location from October 8th to 10th and participants are invited to attend both meetings.
